Ethan Coleman 

Ethan Coleman, USMC (Ret.) is a member of the Secret Defense Agency and a veteran from the United States Marine Corps. Coleman participated in the initial war in Iraq as a Lance Corporal who managed to achieve an outstanding performance. He was also part of the U.S. forces during the Battle of Baghdad. After that, due to his outstanding performance, he was handpicked by Conroy to work as a field agent for the Secret Defense Agency. Before leaving to the SDA he managed to achieve the Staff Sergeant rank.

Naomi Warren 

Naomi Warren is a member of the Secret Defense Agency who was first an agent of the National Security Agency (NSA) before being assigned to work with Captain Conroy’s unit. Although her experience in the field is superb she is mostly assigned to works as a field operator to provide information relevant to an agent’s tasks during missions. Furthermore, her experience with computers and strategic thinking are the best in the SDA.

Smith Conroy 

Smith Conroy, USN (Ret.) is a member and director of the Secret Defense Agency and Coleman’s Operations Coordinator. He is a veteran from the United States Navy and participated in different operations during the Bombing on Libya, Invasion of Panama, and the Gulf War. Conroy with the help of General Harper of the USMC as a backup supporter and Ray Fester, a former IAA agent, created the Secret Defense Agency.

Rebecca Briggs 

Rebecca Briggs is a member of the Secret Defense Agency and an ex-member of the IAA. She was assigned to Conroy’s team due to her experience in the field, and her superb scouting methods. Furthermore, she is an excellent sniper and spotter, and was part of several successful missions when she was with the IAA. As an SDA member her roles, when needed, are to provide sniper cover for the field agents or, as a field agent herself, find any type of intel that would be useful for the team.

James Burke 

James Burke is a member of the International Affairs Agency (IAA) who specializes in deep undercover missions behind enemy lines. After an encounter with the Secret Defense Agency and Captain Conroy’s sweet talk with the IAA, Burke is assigned to work with Conroy’s SDA unit. As a member of the Secret Defense Agency he works alongside Coleman as a field agent.

Carver Blackwell 

Carver Blackwell believes in nothing rather than his own ideals. A respected man in the Black Market and feared by many people. He is an American supplier who goes by the name Black Owl who sells weapons and ammunitions for different organizations and terrorist groups. He is also the founder of the famous Black Owl Organization. Furthermore, Blackwell became an enemy of the state after the neuro-toxin incident near San Fierro which was caused by his terrorist organization, and was declared dead by IAA officials. Few years later, and word was spreading that Blackwell was still alive.
